| Originally planned as a small "chapel in the woods", Chapelwood United Methodist Church had grown to over 5,000 members and struggled with a confusing hallway system. The Master Plan provided a new "main street" gallery to connect formerly disjointed areas of the church. The scope of the plan included expansion of the sanctuary, two new children's buildings, a new 400-seat chapel, new administrative offices, an expanded youth facility, and new adult classrooms.
