| This 20,000 S.F. restoration involved stabilization of the building, repair and rehabilitation of the building façade and roof, repainting of the building based on the original color scheme, reconstruction of the original canopy, upgrade of services for future tenant build-out and provision for accessibility. All work was coordinated with the Texas Historical Commission and the Galveston Historical Society. (Project of Hall/Merriman Architects. Dan Holt was project manager.) |
