| This historic Gothic church, constructed in 1927, is located at the entry to the Southern Methodist University campus in Dallas. A 120,000 S.F. addition will continue the forms and materials of the existing buildings. Renovation of the Education Building will dramatically improve the connection with the existing Sanctuary. The Sanctuary corridor will be opened up to create a large new gathering space overlooking the Sanctuary courtyard. A new elevator will provide accessibility to all floors of the church campus. Other components of the 80,000 S.F. renovation will include children's classrooms and a new third floor office suite. |
